Flavsmedia Dental Growth came together through two professionals who kept meeting around the same type of client: dental practices with strong potential, but disconnected systems.

Zara brought 15 years of dental operational experience from inside practices, understanding front desk pressure, scheduling friction, team dynamics, startups, and the hidden leaks that quietly limit growth.

Flavio Cabrera brought brand growth, content strategy, paid media, and the execution infrastructure to make expertise visible. Together, they built a partnership designed to connect operations, strategy, growth, visibility, and systems in one coherent plan.
